Jeff Tonack, Administrator
"I have lived in Siloam Springs for 28 years. I have been at Siloam Springs Nursing & Rehab for the last 3 years. I am a third generation administrator and have spent the majority of my career working with seniors. I feel blessed to be part of such a great team that is committed to providing a high qualify of life for our residents. My wife Lisa and I have four children and one granddaughter. When not at work I enjoy being outdoors, specifically snow skiing and boating on Beaver Lake."
Tiffany Cottingham, DON, RN
"I am a native of Siloam Springs. I've been married for almost two years to my husband Josh, who is a police officer at our local police department. We have three kids, Montana 12, Kayden 5, and Brynlee 2. I started my medical career at Siloam Springs Nursing & Rehab where I worked as a CNA for 7.5 years. As a single mom I worked full time and put myself through nursing school to further my education where I became an RN. After a year of being a nurse, the DON position was offered to me. I have now been the DON for almost 2 years here. Its a huge accomplishment and a very rewarding job to be able to care for those loved ones in need."
Robin Garrett, ADON
"I have been a nurse for 36 years and have worked in many facets of nursing throughout the years but my heart has always brought me back to long-term care. Siloam Springs Nursing & Rehab is not only work for me, but it is home. Our staff is family and we take pride in taking the best care of our residents and each other, much like family does. I had started my career here at Siloam Springs Nursing & Rehab as an aide while going to nursing school and here is where I plan to retire."
Ashley Ward, Medicare and MDS Coordinator
"I have a wonderful husband, Bradley, and 4 kids. I have been a nurse at Siloam Springs Nursing & Rehab since February 2015. It brings me great satisfaction and joy to get to know our patients and their families. Working in a long-term care facility has been a very rewarding experience for me."
Kayla Stringfellow, Social Services and Marketing Director
"I have lived in Siloam Springs for 21 years, working in the business offices of the healthcare field for the last 10 of those. I have two children, both boys ages 10 and 6. With a very busy life, it is comforting to know that I genuinely enjoy my everyday "job." Not only do I aid the elderly when transitioning from their home to ours, I aid their families as well. I am very passionate about long-term care and I live richly by giving others a kind heart."
Debbie Shrum, Activities Director
"Having grandparents living in a nursing home I got to know so many of the residents of which they all looked forward to my visits. I never thought about pursuing a job within a nursing home until I saw an Ad in our local newspaper 8 years ago. I applied, got the job, and have been here ever since. I am a Certified Activity Director who has a passion for making a difference in people's lives. We offer a wide variety of activities and I design programs to encourage socialization, provide entertainment, relaxation, with fulfillment to improve daily living skills."
