Tiffany Cottingham, DON, RN

"I am a native of Siloam Springs. I've been married for almost two years to my husband Josh, who is a police officer at our local police department. We have three kids, Montana 12, Kayden 5, and Brynlee 2. I started my medical career at Siloam Springs Nursing & Rehab where I worked as a CNA for 7.5 years. As a single mom I worked full time and put myself through nursing school to further my education where I became an RN. After a year of being a nurse, the DON position was offered to me. I have now been the DON for almost 2 years here. Its a huge accomplishment and a very rewarding job to be able to care for those loved ones in need."

We offer a wide variety of activities and I design programs to encourage socialization, provide entertainment, relaxation, with fulfillment to improve daily living skills."
